If we went up do you reckon the whole of our first team squad would want to stay & give it a go for a season in a Town shirt?|

What would you do if someone offered you double or treble your wages?|

I would imagine we will lose JJ and Cornick. On the plus side the fees will be much bigger than if we do not get promoted. |
The players have shown huge loyalty so if a bigger club comes in for them I wish them well.
Financially we need the new stadium to compete in the Championship so I look at it as, at the very least, one bonus year where the finances get boosted. We will continue to bring young players through and pluck from the lower leagues - if we go up and survive next season we will be very well set for life with a new stadium.
What a time to be a Hatter.

What worries me a tad with Big Mick as interim manager is who is scouting for next season recruitment assuming we do go up? |

I think most would but if a big offer comes in from the Prem or one of the biggest Championship clubs for anyone then I don't think anyone would be surprised to see it go through. |
The levels of money involved at those levels are just orders of magnitude higher.

Problem with Championship is that at least 15 of the clubs if not more are reasonably 'big' and presumably therefore mostly paying silly money to players.|

Yes, it could be a long Summer. We will almost certainly, dare I say it, have one of the smaller budgets in the division if we go up.|
