          Surely the planners won't be that stupid to pass Power Court but turn down Newlands Park?? You can hear the LBC woman now. The council fully support the new stadium and have given planning..... Should we be worried???

                  This is probably due to the fact Newlands Park can only pass the sequential test in the NPPF if Power Court has already been approved. They need to pass PC first and then need another couple of weeks to consider Newlands on the basis of PC being approved.
