The only reason for that is that the districts are so gerrymandered to support the Republicans that it takes a huge vote advantage to overcome.

For point of reference, in the 2010 house elections, Republicans beat the Democrats by 6.8% in the popular vote.

It looks like this year Democratís will beat the Republicans by 6.9% - better than the GOPís 2010 margin.

Funny that, some people just can't give the bloke any credit, and he is right about the mainstream media ( which most of his critics follow ). they really are very dangerous, we have had a little taste of what they are capable of with the recent BBC reporter claiming she heard monkey chants.

The two are nowhere near the same. Not even remotely similar.

The most important thing to Trump was to control the senate, he is in fact in a stronger position because the 2 democrats that were in the senate have now been removed. The senate control all judiciary matters. Also anything raised in the house will need the backing of the President, he can veto anything he is not happy with.

              Disagree.

Losing control of his legislative agenda and opening himself up to Congressional investigation is potentially much more significant imo.

I Am not sure they can impeach without the backing of the senate.

They can impeach. The senate can subsequently aquit him via a Super Majority to avoid him being removed from office (as in the case of Clinton)
