Funny you should mention it chum but Iíve been taking yoga classes lately.
Off I popped this morning, told the wife I was it to plaster a young lasses gaff in M14 and was secretly wearing a leotard listening to my favourite band Aswad while doing the crab.

Well I only do highbrow as you probably know so we went to see "The Comedy About a Bank Robbery" in London and "The Play That Goes Wrong" down here.

If you like a bit of old-fashioned farcical comedy with some clever visual gags either is brilliant.

Full peritoneal flush out after appendix exploded two years and nine months ago to the day. It involves having a ten inch vertical incision, intestines laid out on a tray, flushed with 15 litres of saline to remove half a litre of pus after remnants of appendix have been removed. I was in the theatre for four hours.

I know all this because one of the junior surgeons was Australian, and enjoyed telling me how lucky I was to still be alive.

                    Does that count?

18 inch vibrator removal from anal sphincter (actually dismembered my small bowel as well, but it was good at the time)
Resulted in soft cushions for three months, piles and loads of cool gel
                      Again that was nice
