      I see that he is an officer of the 'Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of Luton', so maybe he's a baha-humbug sort of chap?

      It's pretty bizarre to describe anything that various groups are doing to support the regeneration as 'strong(bah)arming' - and he obviously has completely failed to grasp how PC will be financed.

              And appears to have not much knowledge of the economics of large developments "If the developers..cannot afford to develop Power Court as a stand-lone project - which seems utterly incredible unless they paid too much for the site".
