Is great value. |
This must be the best contribution...
We're a bigger club than Luton with a better fan base.
We finished almost an entire league higher than them last season.
We have a manager who achieved promotion faster than Nathan Jones with just a third of the budget.
We have a much more pleasant city.
I'm far from a green tint, those are just facts.
It's a backwards step, or at least a sideways step, with no real eye for any career progression.

In fairness, there are some measured comments in there too. |
Plymouth home or away will be a tough match. They just missed out on the play-offs last season and did better than any of the other teams promoted from League 2. Would be happy to match that performance come next May.

When you compare the history of our two clubs there's no contest. Their only claim to fame is the biggest town/city never to have played in the top flight. Their high point is an FA cup semi final defeat to the scum, other than that they have an established lower league tradition. |
It seems their bigger club claim is based purely on having a bigger stadium (at the moment). Clubs like Plymouth flirt with higher league football but always find their natural level.
To their credit they do have a good away support indeed only a couple of hundred less than we had on the road!
Sonny Bradley knows whats he's doing. A club with a vision and proven success vs a club that bottles it every time they climb a couple of steps up the football league ladder. Well done Son!

And did you notice which poster this was responding to?|

So Plymouth have joined Wycombe & Accrington in the 'small budget' club. |
How does the poster Square that with being a 'bigger club'?

Bigger club who have never won anything or had a season in the top flight in their history! |
Plus he won't be living in Luton probably so who cares if their city is or isn't nicer?

But they're a sleeping giant. Well, more of a comatosed giant. Ok a giant that's in a permanent vegatative state then?|
