Cuthbert going big mistake from N.J? He was injury prone but a big part of the team or so I thought . Not according to Nathan.

I think it was noticeable that when Stech had the ball, the opposition teams set up so that Cuthbert would receive it short. He was the least able to distribute efficiently.

Jones will want more quality next year.

I was interested that Famewo has agreed an extra year. I thought his advisers were going to make him the next 'Bakinson'. He played against Chesterfield away and, although he was a bit raw positionally, he used his frightening pace to get himself out of trouble. Will be interesting to see if/how quickly he develops.

we missed his leadership and vocal presence when he was out injured but McCormack returning helped fill that void last season. He also Chipped in with a couple of important goals Wycombe/Coventry but i think NJ will be looking at L1/Championship centre halfs with experience to take us to the next level and also help Lloyd Jones progress.

My guess is that he would have been viewed as excellent cover in that area but not a first team regular and he would definitely have wanted to be seen as such.

Cuthbert done Ok at Luton and was better than many gave him credit for.

However another player departs so there you go. For me it's the right decision to let him move on.

Good League 2 player, not going to push the team forward in league 1, absolutely the right decison.

Up until his injury against Cambridge I think it was he was one of our best players, I think we can attract better than him in league 1 now so I think its the correct decision.

Problem is when he's injured - he's injured for long periods

Not as good as sheehan or Rea and jones and Musonda can give back up . No need to keep him . Akinís head has been turned by Nicholls so sadly we will lose him - a bigger blow than cuthbert

Protects our investment in his development, perhaps gives him time to realise that his agent/adviser is a serial career-wrecker.

Not sure, but tribunals definitely can add sell-on clauses.
