    was very promising, i liked the keeper, his distribution was good, came off his line and made a good save at the foot of the post

    back line, mobile and a bit of pace, marshalled well by Naismith.

    Midfield looked promising, with Saville keeping them in check and coordinating with Naismith.

    Wells looked good with a great first-time volley that forced the keeper into a very good save
    This area requires investment

    all in all it was a massive improvement on the previous pre-season. I am expecting a good season.
