Finally after a lousy weather summer was able to get out all this week and do some serious detecting here in Ottawa.
Monday: $3.50 in clad
Tuesday: $33.00 in clad
Wednesday: $1.20 in clad
Thursday: .35 cents but a nice Silver .925 Wedding Band ( my 7th Silver ring of the summer of 09
I need a few days off to recuperate my arm is killing me from all the swinging of the coil.
The next 10 days are calling for wall-to-wall sunshine, so i hope to get out again soon to take advantage of the nice early September weather here in the Nation's Capital!!
I tried and failed again to get any good results from the old Cemetery Park directly accross from where I reside here in Sandy Hill Ottawa, I think there is a Space Alien Conspiracy; at 3:00 AM and every night These aliens show up with their Mothership with a giant 'Magnet' and 'suck up' all the clad coins from Wurtemburg Park, there is NOTHING there at all, no coins, no pull tabs. no tin foil balls, no beer caps..Zippo!! Drives me bananas!!!
