A few I'm aware of:
- An old Conan game, released by Virgin Games in 1991 for DOS. (I actually have this one, but I forget where I got it from.)
- another Conan game that was relesed by TDK in 2004.
- An old 8-bit caveman game called Sapiens, released by Myriad Software in 1985 and updated a number of times since. (I played this one a while back as shareware, but I never registered it.)
- Some online role-playing games like World of Warcraft and Age of Conan have loincloths available as characters' clothing or underwear.
- In Second Life, quite a few people have created loincloths and breechcloths for their (and other people's) avatars. My own avatar usually wears one that I made.
