I remember the Joey, Kate and the rubber thumbs and the silver pens with green ink and a red crayon. I still have some records of my sisters with there identification number on them. Aintree was like a factory, you couldn't speak our supervisor was a little Hitler. I was made redundant after 11 months and within the week was working at John Moores in the Wages Office, so different, I was even taken to see Tommy Steele (my fav) the first week there. loved it.
