I am looking for any information about the following people. My great-grandmother Eva Winolla Wilson and her then husband Carlton L. Briggs worked for the railroad in Grainsfield Kansas. Their children were my grandmother, Fern Winona Briggs, Earl Wilson Briggs, and Cora Wilson Briggs. Eva Winolla Briggs parents were Mary Elizabeth Cruson who married George W. Wilson. I am trying desparately to find information on Carlton L. Briggs. All I know is that he was born in Missouri, he married Eva in 1891, in Buffalo Park, Kansas. They were divorced in Saline County, Kansas in 1903. I do know that my grandmother, Fern, and her sister, Cora, both were students at Grainfield City School, in 1902-1903.
