In "History and Heritage of Gove County, Kansas" the following references appear:
page 82: The Weekly family is listed, amoung others, as one of the early families in Jerome. This would be around 1900.
page 172: W.L. (Will) Weekley in 1887 is on the District No. 37 school board. He was probably one of the first District 37 school board members.
The 1900 Gove census does not have a listing for Weekly or Weekley.
