I am looking for a SHIPLEy who married Everett Henry MILLER, Jr. on 23 Apr 1921 in Logan Co, KS. He was born 18 Sep 1902 in Cove Co, KS. The birth record of their daughter says her mother's maiden name was SHIPLEY.
