The winner of the 2019 Raffle gun was a 14 year old young man from Pierre South Dakota. He bought the winning ticket at The Pheasant Fest in Shaumberg Illinois. He was sooo excited. Should be an article in the upcoming Journal. Mike Harris

I'm sure that those of us who sold tickets at the Schaumberg Pheasant Fest are happy that the young man from S.D. won the Elsie .410. It was really inspiring to see the number of younger shooters who bought tickets and all had dreams of winning such a prize. Good shooting young man and consider joining the LCSCA.
