Ok guys I'm being lazy here. I have a 20 ga. Hunter Special that misfires if the right trigger is pulled first. I took the stock off and it seems the hammer on the right side only goes all the way forward if the left hammer is released. Drop the right hammer and you can feel fore and aft movement of the pin. After the left hammer is forward the right hammer moves forward enough there is no firing pin movement. My question is ( being lazy now and not taking the hammers out) what is the connection between the 2 sides? To be clear this is the box lock with the rotary bolt. Thanks, Mark

So it came to me last evening the only connection between the 2 hammers is the cocking lever. I haven't found a schematic, and most of the parts diagrams just show a picture of the parts. I know there are photos in the picture trail I need to review. Any other sources of info will be appreciated.
