Just got an update from the Sanford NC SxS apparently team LC Smith has won the 20 gauge Parker LC Smith challenge event by one bird and has also won the 16 ga event by 4 birds
Congradulations team LC Smith !

Still awaiting the Hammer Gun Challenge results, but team Parker bested us in the hammerless challenge event yesterday afternoon by I believe 3 birds. Some really great shooting by both teams, but the rascals eaked out a win for the Big Trophy!

I'm sure a more detailed report will follow, but Team Parker also won the Hammer Gun Challenge.

Team Elsie won both the 20 & 16 gauge LC Smith/Parker Challenges, and Team Parker, for the first time ever won the Hammer gun Challenge and for the second year in a row won the Challenge Cup.

Congratulations to Team Parker on some really great shooting in the Challenge Cup and Hammer Gun events!

Hopefully we'll get'em again in the Fall, and bring back the Challenge Cup and Hammer Gun events next spring.

John, sounds like it was a great event overall. Hopefully if my recovery continues in the right direction I'll be up & fine tuned by this time next year........,...

I believe I am correct in that this is the SECOND time that Team Parker has taken the Hammer Gun Challenge; so let is hope this is the final time!
