Ladies and Gentlemen....the Remington Arms Factory and Museum in Ilion NY is a stones throw (perhaps a little further) from Syracuse and Fulton. It could be a nice additional activity. Thursday is going to be a travel day for us so we're going to include the Museum for some thing to do besides travelling. The factory tour is closed for the year, but the Rem folks mentioned that they have a nice museum and a movie of the factory. The link below can give more information. The museum is closed on weekends, but open during the week.
Looking forward to seeing everyone at the 2nd Hunter Arms Homecoming and praying for a good turn out. Please try to sign up by Wednesday Sept. 5 as shooters gifts need to be ordered. Many things to do in the area. Also Pratt House and Hunter Estate will be open Friday and Saturday. Feel free to call F.O.H. or me at 315-593-6848. I will have coffee and donuts at the club on Friday. I heard a rummer that the clay birds are flying scared because of all the Sweet Elise's are coming home for a weekend homecoming!! Say prayer for good weather and high scores. Thank you all, Les Weldin
