Mikael, if you are not in a hurry for it, I will make an oversize one with a slot, it will have Dykem on it. Tighten it and then mark on the front and back with a good scribe line. I will then put it in the lathe and make it to the depth and then put the slot back in it and blue it for you. |
The one most important thing, you need to have the right screwdriver bits to fit these screws. An ordinary screwdriver is no good, they are wedge shaped and the blade has to be parallel to the slot and the right length of the slot also.
If you plan on tinkering and taking any apart, I suggest you get yourself a good set. I use the Wheeler 77 piece kit and I think they are great.
