I was in from the woods by 6:30 this morning. I had Toms gobbling all over the woods, but settled on a Jake at 20 yards, before he tipped off all the rest. This was my 6th bird lifetime, all taken with Elsies. This was the first trip out with my 1927 Ideal grade. I had much better luck with the turkeys than I did trying to post the photo!

Congrats on your turkey harvest. I leave this afternoon for KY to try and harvest another. I'll take my 1911 OO, which recently came back from stock and barrel refurbishing by Jerry Andrews. "Life's too short to hunt with an ugly gun". Sorry I forget whose quote that was. If you'll search this Forum for posting pictures, you'll find several posts that will walk you through the process. You'll find it easier than you think. Again congrats on your turkey. Safe hunting. Jim...

Ugh. I've downloaded a photo to Photobucket, but how do I get it from there, to here?

If you hover your cursor over the thumbnail pictures, you should see a list of options come up to share the image. The last choice will be "IMG code". Single left-click on the text in that box, and it will be automatically copied to your clipboard.
Then paste the link into the textbox here on the LCSCA site, and you'll see the image in your post, as it shows here in mine.
What the..........?
