Went phez. hunting today. Head high prairie grass; dog working hard; these old 70 year legs working hard; old dog, going on 15, puts up a phez; 1902 barks; brings phez down. How's that for a vintage trio? Good feeling when you hunt the classic for the first time and get's a bird the first shot. Used Polywad #6 spreader in right and had Vintagers waiting in the left. Patriot; You all look fine [for your age]...especially the dog...but that gun looks like if found the fountain of youth...did you just find a pristine one ...or has it been restored????

I can see no evidence of it being refinished. Yes, I got a really good deal. They didn't know Elsies and told me it was a 1929. Here's a thread on the gun when I first got it. http://members.boardhost.com/lcsmith/thread/1252902738.html
