If the pins and holes, the axles, the pivot points, are not perfect or near perfect then you will have trigger pull problems.....You need to get rid of most of the slop to get a good trigger job......Dan May and Ken Waite just finished the trigger work on an L C Smith hammergun for me and it took a lot more work on the lock and lock plate then anyone anticipated.....plus all of the other trigger work on the trigger itself......Jent
