Hi Folks. The link below has an image archive of a barn find early Grade 2 a nice fellow sent me to improve my skills upon. The thing was rusted shut, and the coupler was broken so the bolt wouldn't release. It's apart now, and the wood (nice condition) is soaking in acetone. I scrubbed the 32" bores, but they look like Oreo cookie crumbles. The top rib needs to be relayed, which I can do, and the damascus pattern is nice, but there may not be much point other than practice.
I hope you get a kick out this thing. It has been sitting a very long time.
