Ed, look for "light" target loads off the shelf. I'm not an expert by any means on damascas barrels, but I do shoot several vintage SxS guns with Damascus barrels that have been checked out and are well with in spec. To do so you really Need to have someone inspect the barrels and check the wall thickness and let them give you their opinion on them before using them. There are a lot of members who could recommend a good gunsmith to help you out if need be.
