Jamie, beautiful bird. Love to see a "field" gun doing what it was designed to do! I cannot believe though you did not need a semi auto shooting 3 inch mags with a full choke to kill a wild rooster....not. We had great hunting last year in Ks for quail and pheasant....12 gauge LC Smith field grade 26" feather weight, # 6 RST 1oz folded them up. Pattern kills. (#8 for Mr. Bob) Dk
