Scott, the value would not be any greater, except if the gun was in 80% or higher original condition.
Guns in the low 30,000 serial number range I consider Transitional guns, they have the vase shaped ebony tipped for-end, finer checkering, no makers name on the barrels, imported walnut stocks and for-ends. These guns were made very well and you seldom see any cracks behind the locks. They resemble guns form the Syracuse line of L.C. Smiths.
