    Hello,

My Dad left me his LC Smith 12 ga. field grade shotgun, and I enjoy it very much. I'll never sell it.

The stock fits me beautifully. Dad bought it new just before I was born, about 1950. Can someone tell me the stock measurements? I'm having a custom muzzle loading rifle built, and would like to duplicate the fit of the LC Smith. It just feels so good! It comes up to my eye perfectly!

I don't feel competent to take measurements off the gun myself. It looks like is has zero cast, but like I said, I don't feel competent. I can measure the drop at comb and heel (1.5" & 2.5") and length of pull and trigger to heel and toe (13.5", 13.5, 14.5" (last one is trigger to toe)). But I'm not sure about anything else.

    Can anyone help me?

    Thanks, Tom
