I acquired a very unusual Elsie yesterday. It is a Deluxe model made by Marlin in 1971. I believe the gun is unfired. However, the bluing has some light areas. Since they only made 183 of these guns, I have never seen one. I have owned a couple of the Marlin field guns but this is really pretty nice with the Simmons rib and upgraded wood and in perfect condition. I don't know how to value this gun but it's not for sale. Any thoughts on what it's worth?
