Those planning to attend the reception at the Northern SxS Challenge & Expo are requested to make reservations.
The consensus of the PGCA, LACA, AHFCA and LCSCA clubs, is to advertise that shooters must pre-register by Wednesday, 21 Sept to ensure that Greenley's will have enough hors d'oeuvres and have them ready for the Saturday evening reception. The cost will be $15/head and will start 5:00-5:30 immediately following the FPC shoot-off and the Manufacturer Cup shoot-off. PGCA, LACA and LCSCA ask that their members contribute the full $15. AHFCA will defray $10 for each AHFCA member that signs up for the party. Those who plan on attending the reception can pay RMSC by Credit Card or they can pre-register and pay cash when they arrive. This reception will be rain or shine, no refunds, that is why RMSC needs to have it prepaid please. If enough people pre-register, the event will be held at the lower pavilion right by the 5-Stand.
