That seems odd to have a stamping on them. Unless ordered different, most were shipped mod/full. I think you meant to put 0.008 as 0.08 is eighty thousandths, 0.008 would be imp. cyl, and 0.014 would be light modified. These are just reverences, actual patterning would tell you what it is. The standard was a 30" circle at 40 yards.
