I mean, I GUESS CMP could be an answer. I don't know a whole lot about CMP, but always thought it was focused on rifles (e.g. "marksmanship")...A3-03, Garrand, etc. I might give them a holler, but I have my doubts as to their historical records. I think they fix em, churn em, and burn em.
