You can now purchase memberships on line using a credit card or PayPal. Go to the Membership page and "click" the online "HERE" to go to the form. Decide annual or life and hit the Pay Now button. The Pay Now button takes you to a PayPal page but you can click on "Use Credit Card" and use Visa, Master Card, American Express and others.
