    Angelo, the word brazed is using a brass filler rod to repair the break. Easy enough done, but it will not take a case color and a very good chance it will come apart being cased. Silver solder is better, but again will not take a case color.
    I think you might have meant MIG or TIG and most likely TIG and when repaired and filed only a faint line.

    A complete restoration, new bluing, new case colors, wood redone and re-checkered and any other repairs would bring the value of the gun to 60% of one in original condition.
    If you are going to keep this gun for yourself and not thinking about selling it, go for it if the price seems right to you, but never expect to re-coup your expenses.
