Unless marked otherwise, all LC Smith guns have the standard chamber of the period. All LC Smith guns have 2 3/4" chambers as standard. Sixteen gauges were 2 9/16" until about the beginning of WWII. Twenty gauge guns were 2 1/2" until sometime in the 1930's. When the standard length changed, the chamber length is usually marked on the barrels.
