I wish I could go back and see the ones we missed. OK, I got this F Grade hammer gun all measured out and couldn't be happier. Weight, 8 pounds 3 ounces. Bores, a shiny .750. Chokes, .030 or close to that. Tube diameter at tip of forend and a couple of places farther up, .860 to .845, indicating a probably wall thickness of around .050 in those areas. Wow, I can shoot dynamite in this gun. Tube diameter at end of chambers is 1.000, about .950 at the forend lug. Wall thickness should be about .100 to .125, very safe for any ammunition. I don't think I will bother to get out the wall thickness gauge. This is a serious shooting gun. Thanks to Reverend Charlie, it is safely home with me.
