LC smith 10ga Damascus steel barrels Archived Message

I am currently looking information/value on this shotgun. The gun belonged to my grandfather who passed away recently. Long story short uncle and grandkids are buying his guns from my grandmother to keep within our family. Was looking for a value. It is a LC smith 10ga hammerless double barrel. It has three circle designs one being larger in the middle on the side plate. The barrel has a sort of yellow circle pattern on the barrels. Barrels are stamped with the right one reading "Damascus steel barrel" and the left one "LC smith maker? Syracuse 1?" The left one is barley legible. The the serial number found on trigger guard was barely legible also "18794" and under the hand guard was the same number with pat. June 1, 80. The down side, and I heard this story every time he told me about his guns, compliments of his brother in his younger days, cut down the barrel. Not sure how long they were before but I believed he said 36" or 34". Any help would be greatly appreciated!
