This past weekend I had the chance to shoot skeet at Fort Lee Virginia with my brother and my 1905 LC 12 gauge. I thought it would be a great opportunity to shoot 20 gauge out of my 12 via adapters, the first time I've tried this. To my dismay, the empty 20 gauge shells stuck in the adapters and were extremely hard to remove. It seems very awkward to have to remove the greasy insert so that the empty hull can be pushed out. Other than lubricating the adapters on the inside or a long stick, is there anything I can do to make this more workable? Thanks.
