If the hulls have been previously fired in a gun w/slightly larger chambers and not resized appropriately, the hulls can hang up on extraction. I've ran into this w/reloaded gun clubs and CF AA hulls. I turned the resizing collet on my Sizemaster down a touch, and solved the problem on some my LC's that have tighter chambers for some odd reason.
In addition, I've read of certain primers creating issues because of their relative hardness/softness causing increased drag on firing pins upon opening the gun.
I'm not sure if either of these are your problem, but they are worth considering.
