If it is an L.C. Smith, it is a side lock, the grip would be a Price of Wales without a cap and this would be correct for a Syracuse gun, except for the barrel length. If not this it is misrepresented and you should be able to get your money back. Post some picture of send them to me, email address is in the envelope.
