I'm looking at an A1. It has an after market recoil pad and I'm sure the stock has been cut. Current owner measured from front trigger to the mid-point of the butt. 13". The A1 also has matching numbers fluid steel barrels, not Damascus. To what extent does the cut stock reduce its value and us it agreed that some A1's were fitted with fluid steel barrels?
