    HOT Operation Expectations Archived Message

I am new to LC Smith ownership and the Double Gun world, and a new member of the LCSCA. I purchased my Specialty Grade Trap gun last week, and took it to the trap range yesterday. I must say, it exceeds my expectations, and is a joy to shoot.
My question has to do with the Hunter One Trigger operation. It operated flawlessly yesterday, working in either the L or R starting mode. My question is: Should the trigger pull weight for the second barrel be the same pull weight as with the first barrel? Mine takes slightly more pressure when shooting the second barrel. Also, The travel of the trigger when shooting the second barrel is noticeably longer than the first barrel. Are these parameters adjustable with the HOT? Or are my expectations out of line?
I have searched this forum, but did not see answers to these questions.
Thanks in advance for sharing your expertise.
