wow that gun looks like it has had a lot of bad work done to it in its lifetime. are the barrels a full 32"? They look to have been trimmed back a bit. The receiver needs lots of work, it could be fixed but would cost more than the gun would be worth. the wood does not look original, and looks like it needs work or replacement. If it was my shotgun and had to make a project out of it, I would look for a replacement receiver for it. you see them every so often on line.
