Jent, thanks - you are right, it has the banjo style of ejector escutcheon. But my question isn't so much to the type of ejector, it's to whether or not it should have ejectors at all based on the serial number. I really have no idea on the date of the gun. The serial number isn't even close to fitting into any of the pre-13 ejector gun blocks. I was just trying to use the presence of the single trigger as a clue that it was made in 1904 or later (though I realize that a few may have been installed earlier or it may have been returned later for the installation.)
