Dr. Drew, great photo, and best wishes to you and yours for 2014. BTW, I think factories avoid giving pressure data because there are too many uncontrollable variables. They use a SAAMI minimum-dimension pressure barrel/chamber to test the ammo, lot-by-lot, to insure that thee loads are consistent and below industry standard pressures. I imagine it would not be unusual for their lot-to-lot pressures to vary plus or minus 5%. They are concerned with safety (meaning LIABILITY) first, and consistency second. Once that ammo hits the street, every barrel and chamber is going to generate a different pressure level, most likely BELOW what it tested at the ammo plant.
