    Dick, stampings are just that, stampings and sometimes they will not be all alike. The for-end escutcheon for an ejector gun would be case hardened and have a mottled look. Through the years most lose the color. Guns without ejectors, the escutcheon will be blued.
    The serial number block is lost for the 90000 block, but that is before your guns time. It would be from around the early 1900's before the Specialty Grade was introduced in 1912.
    Also don't compare engravings as they were all hand done and no two will be exactly the same.
