More than 500 Fultons and nearly 200 Hunter Specials were shipped to Rochester Ordnance. The boxlocks accounted for over 30% of the total purchase of L.C. Smith shotguns.
I will send the summary to the L.C. Smith Journal. It should appear in the next issue or two. It appears that they purchased a lot of shotguns directly from the existing inventory. Some had options that you would not expect on a shotgun used to train aerial gunners. Would you believe that one 20 gauge and one .410 were a part of the Rochester Ordnance purchases?
