This gun will never be a collector gun, but may be a good shooter and worth what you must pay for it. Gun smiths often check the rib to barrel solder joints by attempting to insert a feeler gauge between them. I like to fasten a piece of plastic or metal tubing over the drilled vent hole with silicone cement and forcing compressed gas into the cavity between the ribs and the barrels while the barrels are submerged in soapy water. If there is an appreciable leak, you will see a stream of bubbles coming from it. Only very low pressure is required to check the barrels. If the barrel joints don't leak, they are good.
