    need help on value Archived Message

    I have the opportunity to purchase an LC Smith shotgun Serial number 97958 grade 00. the left barrel is stamped Hunter Arms Co. Makers Fulton NY and the right barrel is stamped Armor Steel, the gun is in fair condition with a missing butt plate. Can anyone tell me about the gun or what it might be worth? I am guessing the gun dates from 1927 and is a field grade
