My field grade 1ga. is chambered in 2-9/16" is it safe to use 2-1/2" that are found on the linked site in the FAQ section? Classic Shotshell Company, Inc./RST, Ltd. With my .22's, shooting less then Long Rifle cartridges in rifles chambered for LR a ring develops after prolonged use. Is there an issue with this in Shotguns?
Also is it safe to use the Safe Shot found on the site? Is it steel shot? Does it matter in these reduced power loads. I'd also like to use them at at trap range if they would let me and they were safe in my L.C.'s.
