Bob, If the pattern is there and if you think you can follow it, then I would use a single cutter. If you feel you can do more than try the double set or buy the set with the follower as well. Count with a good see through ruler how many lines per inch. The Field Grades I have checked are 18 lpi. The hardest thing is not to cross over the borders. I'm not sure what grades have diamond shaped, the lower grades are flat-topped. Good luck.
